Frequently asked questions.
What does the concierge cleaning include?
The included return reset covers emptying and rinsing gray and black tanks, a light interior wipe-down and vacuum, and a standard exterior wash. Deep detailing, stain removal, waxing, roof cleaning, biohazard cleanup and unusually heavy soil are quoted separately.
How much notice do you need before pickup?
Concierge customers should provide at least 72 hours’ notice so we can complete the departure checklist and stage the RV. Shorter notice is accommodated when staffing and scheduling allow.
Are repairs included in the concierge price?
Coordination is included. Parts, vendor labor, towing and repair costs are paid by the owner and require approval before non-emergency work begins.
Is my RV insured by Boise Outdoor Storage?
No. Owners must maintain appropriate insurance on their RV while it is stored. Facility security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee against loss or damage.
Can I store an RV longer than 35 feet?
Contact us. Longer RVs may be accepted depending on available space and maneuvering requirements, with concierge pricing quoted individually.
